La Parada d'Olvan

La Parada is a small family farm in Olvan (Berguedà). Since the beginning, we have raised sheep and focused on lamb farming. Over time — and more recently — we have added a herd of Pyrenean Brown cows, and more recently still, we’ve begun direct sales of both lamb and veal.
