Casabella Natura

Casabella Natura is one of the few companies in Catalonia that produces Jerusalem artichokes—a traditional tuber once used for self-consumption and livestock feed. One of their specialties is Jerusalem artichoke vinaigrette.

Many of the vegetables used in their sauces come from their own garden, where no chemical fertilizers or products are used. Instead, it is nourished by natural waste generated from their own farm operations.

They take care of the garden and carry out every step of the process themselves—from planting and harvesting to preparing, packaging, labeling, and finally distributing the products to shops.

They are members of the Association of Agri-Food Producers of Berguedà.
